A. We will send you the necessary information and the URL/Link to download the setup file in an email to the email address that you provided us at the time of placing order. We will also send the password/key (if required) along with this email. Kindly save this email for future, in case you have to re-install the product. With the setup file and the password, you will be able to install the product.

At the time of purchase, you can also order a CD which will contain registered copy of the product. CD purchase is optional. The CD will be delivered at the postal address provided by you in the order form. A small amount is charged against the shipment and handling of the CD.
