Q What is the correct procedure of installation of the product?
To install the product on your system, firstly, follow the steps given below to uninstall/remove any previous/trial version of the product from your system:
1. First, click Start button on your taskbar and select Control Panel.
2. Then, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. In the new window, select the program or provide the name of the program which you wish to uninstall.
4. Now, click the Remove button.
Finally, the program will be removed from your system.
Please ensure that while uninstalling the product you have completely closed all the features of the product (running even in the system tray).
Now, download your registered version of the product from the URL provided to you in our email. Double-click on the executable file to install the product. Use the key/password and username to register this product.
Please Note:
The URL will be valid only for two days and will expire after two days. A fresh URL can be provided again anytime after two days.
